Important!
When placing your order, please be sure to select the appropriate shipping option to receive your SpainCard timely. Never write a comment that you need to receive it by a particular date (specially if this date does not fit with the estimated delivery times for the shipping option you selected), as we have to ignore these comments. Normally, we will ship your SpainCard within 24 hours on business days, however, we cannot do anything to speed up delivery for a given shipping option, as the delivery times depend on the carrier, not on us.
Delivery to your hotel: In case you are unsure if your SpainCard will arrive timely to your home address and have already made a reservation at a hotel in Spain, we will gladly ship your SpainCard to this hotel. You need to let us know the complete address of the hotel and the date of your arrival (in the comment field of the order form). Please make sure that the hotel will accept mail for you. |
